In May of 2023, Kirkbrae Country Club suffered a dehabilitating fire, rendering many portions of the clubhouse and banquet area completely unusable. With a time crunch at the forefront, PRIME was able to beat the banquet target opening date by 6 months, and have Kirkbrae hosting their first wedding post fire in October 2023. the men's and women's locker rooms were completely revamped and brand new carpeting placed throughout

In September of 2023, St Anne's Hospital out of Fall River MA suffered a water pipe leak above a drop ceiling that affected many patient rooms. With patients displaced, PRIME was able to come in and apply our top level mold remediation tactics and get the rooms back up and running safely and effectively in just a few weeks

In February of 2022, a frozen sprinkler line in the entry vestibule at Sayles Hall on the campus of Brown University caused flooding and mold damage that could have permanently affected the historical building. Providence Fire Department was alerted and PRIME sprang into action. Our state of the art drying machinery was up and running within the hour to reduce mold growth and reduce the time students were out of the classroom
